Registering your child in the Hull Yacht Club Junior sail program is a easy multi step process. Many of these steps can be accomplished on-line but final acceptance in the program requires several signed forms, completed payment and verification of program and boat availability.
STEP 1 - Complete the Membership Application Form if you are not already a Hull Yacht Club member, otherwise go to STEP 2.
STEP 2 - Complete the Junior Sail Registration Form On this form indicate which of the Junior programs you wish to sign up for and whether or not you are supplying a boat. You may revisit this page at anytime to see the status of your registration request.
STEP 3 - Print and Sign the Medical Consent and Information form. One copy per child.
STEP 4 - Print and Sign both parent and child the Rules of Conduct Form. One copy per child.
STEP 5 - Print the Invoice for the required dues and program fees.
STEP 6 - Mail the two signed forms, invoice and a check payable to Hull Yacht Club to P.O. Box 796, Hull, MA 02045
Registration is complete. You will be notified when your registration has been accepted.
